Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and memberships offered by Travel Harmonie, Kaiserswerther Straße 226, 47259 Duisburg, Germany (hereinafter “Travel Harmonie”).

2. Services

Travel Harmonie provides membership access to the “Harmonie Circle” and “Harmonie Club” platforms, including networking opportunities, community groups, and promotional features.

The exact scope of services may vary and is described on the website.

3. Membership & Registration

Membership is available only to business partners (e.g., hotels, restaurants, bars, and related businesses in the travel and hospitality sector).
Registration requires truthful and complete information.
Access to certain areas (e.g., Harmonie Club group) is restricted to paying members.

4. Prices & Payment

The membership fee is 29.99 EUR per month (unless otherwise stated).
Prices are final according to § 19 UStG (small business regulation, no VAT applied).
Payment is due in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Duration & Termination

Memberships are concluded for an indefinite period.
They may be cancelled at any time with a 14-day notice before the next billing period.
Travel Harmonie reserves the right to block or terminate accounts in case of misuse, unlawful content, or violation of these terms.

6. Responsibilities of Members

Members agree to use the platform respectfully and not to share illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
Members are responsible for any content they upload.
Travel Harmonie is not liable for user-generated content.

7. Liability

Travel Harmonie is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damages to life, body, or health.
Travel Harmonie does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
